10 Reasons you need a Life Coach

The BEST in the world have a Coach.

The best golfer in the world, Tiger Woods, has a coach. LeBron James, the best basketball player, has a coach. Top entertainers, musicians, performers, entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders on this planet all have coaches.

People who want to up level their lives have coaches.

Why not you?

Most “regular” people don’t have a coach. They resist it. They think that they can do it on their own and often aren’t willing to make that investment in themselves. This is a trap. Athletes have coaches to help them perform their very best and keep them in a good “head” space.

A life coach can help you show up the very best in your life and stay in a good “head” space in your relationships, career, time, goals and money. Doesn’t that sound amazing?

My mom was a life coach for me and many others. When she died in 2013 it left a hole in my family for many reasons, but being my life coach was a big one. She was the one we all talked to who had the best advice and shared new perspectives with no judgment. She could imbue confidence in all of us.

We are so quick to hire coaches and teachers for our kids so that they can be successful, learn important skills, fit in, accomplish goals, feel good, and become the best. How important do you think it is to help yourself?
