10 Reasons you need a Life Coach

The BEST in the world have a Coach.

The best golfer in the world, Tiger Woods, has a coach. LeBron James, the best basketball player, has a coach. Top entertainers, musicians, performers, entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders on this planet all have coaches.

People who want to up level their lives have coaches.

Why not you?

Most “regular” people don’t have a coach. They resist it. They think that they can do it on their own and often aren’t willing to make that investment in themselves. This is a trap. Athletes have coaches to help them perform their very best and keep them in a good “head” space.

A life coach can help you show up the very best in your life and stay in a good “head” space in your relationships, career, time, goals and money. Doesn’t that sound amazing?

My mom was a life coach for me and many others. When she died in 2013 it left a hole in my family for many reasons, but being my life coach was a big one. She was the one we all talked to who had the best advice and shared new perspectives with no judgment. She could imbue confidence in all of us.

We are so quick to hire coaches and teachers for our kids so that they can be successful, learn important skills, fit in, accomplish goals, feel good, and become the best. How important do you think it is to help yourself?

Why do YOU need a life coach?

I’ve got 10 reasons for you:

1. Improved relationships

2. You’re a procrastinator

3. Friends and family aren’t supporting your dreams

4. You are completely lost and feel like all hope is gone

5. Have health/weight goals but no follow through

6. Want to find purpose and passion

7. Need an accountability buddy. You know what to do, but don’t do what you know.

8. Gain self confidence

9. Save you stress, pain and frustration of figuring it all out on your own.

10. See life from a fresh perspective

This past year I’ve been on my own journey to becoming a life coach. I’m not just a mentor. Not just a friend. I’m a coach. I’m your possibility partner. I’m here for you through life’s most difficult and challenging times and look forward to celebrating your new successes and growth.

The truth is, you can’t afford not having a coach in your life.

What you are doing now impacts your tomorrow.

How are you investing in yourself?
